BIOGRAPHY

Some leaders are born into comfort. Akin Akinpelu was born into the chaos and color of Lagos where the street was his classroom and survival his first teacher. He sold 16 different things just to keep food on the table. But even then, his dreams were never small.


Today, he is a member of Forbes council, Professor of Leadership, a consultant, the CEO of AAL&D and ERUDIOHUB, a strategy firm committed to building institutions that work for people, Founder of PERFORMX, he leads a powerful think tank focused on execution, innovation, and strategic agility for 21st-century leadership. From local markets to presidential briefings, his story is not one of luck but of vision, grit, and unshakeable belief in the power of transformed minds.

FAMILY

Akin Akinpelu is married to Olamide Akinpelu, a dedicated lead counselor and seasoned professional in administration and human resources. Together, they are raising two wonderful children in a home grounded in faith, love, and purpose. The Akinpelus are passionate about family life, personal development, and creating an environment that nurtures both excellence and emotional well-being.
